Feedback

We appreciate comments that help us improve the agents website control panel.
If you are putting in your user name and password and logging in but then getting logged out when you click to make a change, you probably have to set your browser to accept cookies, even at the most basic level. The cookie keeps you logged in so that you can edit your website. You will not be able to stay logged in without cookies being set. Setting Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 to accept cookies. 1. Click on Tools in the menu taskbar at the top of the browser 2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down list 3. Click the tab called Privacy at the top of the dialogue box 4. Choose your desired cookie-level setting. Default value is medium and offers good overall protection. We do not recommend that you allow ALL cookies. Some measure of security is preferred.

Why can't I log in?

Some possible reasons why you might not be able to log in:

  • Your username and password combination might be incorrect.
  • Sometimes exiting your browser (closing all browser windows) and then restarting it will solve a login problem.

If auto-login isn't working for you, be sure that the password you entered using 'Your Preferences' (from the StartPage) for auto-login is correct. If it is incorrect or out of date, you'll get the login page with the "please enter a valid account ID and password" even though auto-login is enabled.

How to enable browser 'cookies'

The agents website control panel uses browser 'cookies' to remember who you are as you move from page to page in the agents control panel. Normally, browsers accept cookies by default when they are installed. Please consult the Help facility for your browser about enabling cookies.

Another possibility is that you may have a firewall or 'ad blocker' preventing your browser from using cookies. For the control panel to work, your browser must accept session cookies.

How to enable 'JavaScript'

The control panel uses 'JavaScript' to augment what can be done with plain HTML. Normally, browsers enable JavaScript by default when they are installed. Please consult the Help facility for your browser about enabling JavaScript. Some very old browsers do not support JavaScript, and we regret that such browsers cannot be used to browse the control panel.
